Congratulations to this week’s Showcase Cinemas High School Team of the Week: Smithfield High School Lacrosse Team

For the third year in a row, the Smithfield girls lacrosse team is holding a Drive Thru Donation Drive on April 29 from 9-11 a.m. to benefit the programs at Community Care Alliance in Woonsocket. The team is collecting personal care items and new socks and underwear for children 0-18 years of age, as well as baby necessities. It’s special to the team because they get to do something for those who don’t have the opportunities that they do.
