Congratulations to this week’s Showcase Cinemas High School Team of the Week: LaSalle Academy Girls Tennis!

The La Salle Academy girls varsity tennis team won the regular season Division 1 Met A championship with a 12 – 1 record and then
went on to win the Rhode Island State Championship, Division 1 this past Sunday.

La Salle completed the year with an overall record of 14-1 and won its second consecutive state title and its fourth state championship in the last five years.
